access Abilities, a non‑profit agency providing in‑home and community‑based services to people with disabilities is seeking a part‑time Home and Community Services (HCS) Direct Care Supervisor to join our team in the Export, PA area.

Responsibilities

Duties include scheduling caregivers and ensuring client needs are met while meeting utilization, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals. The supervisor must also be willing to step in as a Direct Care Worker / Home Health Aide to assist participants with disabilities in the assigned area.

Additional supervisor duties: maintaining electronic client records, recruitment and interviewing, coaching caregiver staff, answering phone inquiries, and conducting performance evaluations. Participation in an on‑call backup rotation is required.

Weekly hours are 19 or less to start. A priority for the HCS Supervisor is to help grow the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities client program.

Supervisor Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of caregiver experience with individuals with disabilities
• Associate Degree in Special Education, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, etc. and 1 year experience working with people with disabilities
• Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year experience working with people with disabilities

Valid driver’s license/auto insurance and ability to travel using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).

Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 as well as FBI clearances.

• Prior supervisory experience preferred, but not required
