Job summary

Sevita, including REM Community Services, is hiring a Direct Care DSP in Baxter, MN. The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities, assists with personal care, and helps participants engage in activities and community life.

Shifts run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternating weekends 3pm–10pm. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Competitive benefits apply for full‑time staff.

DSP Baxter (35) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Every other Saturday and Sunday 3pm - 10pm

Must have valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meet's Sevita insurability policy
