Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Direct Care Specialist to assist with admission and orientation of participants and to monitor residents in the facility. You will contribute to safe, structured care and help with discharges as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include being a BHT or EMT, a clear 39-month MVR, a valid level one fingerprint clearance card, and being 21 years of age. Behavioral health experience is a plus, and the role offers meaningful schedule

Job Summary

Direct Care Specialist isresponsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants ofthe program. Direct Care Specialist is also responsible for the ongoingmonitoring of each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility as well asdischarges.
