Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Direct Care Specialist for the pool, with four shifts per month, to assist with admission and orientation of participants and to monitor patients in the facility and at discharge.

Qualified candidates must be a BHT or have EMT certification, possess a clear 39-month MVR, hold a level one fingerprint clearance, and be at least 21 years old. Behavioral health experience is a plus. CBI emphasizes growth and competitive benefits across 26 state locations.

Job Summary

Direct Care Specialist isresponsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants ofthe program. Direct Care Specialist is also responsible for the ongoingmonitoring of each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility as well asdischarges.
