Job summary

Community Bridges in Tucson, AZ seeks a Direct Care Specialist to assist with admission and orientation of participants, and to monitor the ongoing care of individuals in the facility. You will help with discharges and maintain safety and engagement throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes compassionate behavioral health support, following program protocols and collaborating with the care team to ensure a supportive environment for patients in recovery.

Qualifications

• Must be a BHT or have EMT certification.
• Clear 39-month MVR record and report at interview.
• Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Direct Care Specialist is responsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants of the program. Direct Care Specialist is also responsible for the ongoing monitoring of each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility as well as discharges.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be a BHT or have EMT certification.
