Homestead of Creston is seeking full-time Direct Care Workers for all shifts in Creston, IA.

Direct care workers provide residents’ daily living support, help with housekeeping and laundry, and meal service; a Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10‑hour medication manager course is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Direct care experience and medication handling responsibilities as part of daily resident care.
• Certification as Medication Aide or completion of the 10‑hour medication manager course is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with activities of daily living support.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry.
• Mealtime service and other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
