Job summary

Source of Hope is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate in-home care to individuals in Goodyear, Arizona. This is a full-time or part-time role with flexible shifts designed to support clients' daily living activities and independence.

You will assist with personal care, meal routines, mobility, transportation to appointments, medication reminders, and adherence to individual care plans, while reporting updates to the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ months caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable, compassionate and respectful with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility needs and transfers if needed.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Monitor well-being and report updates to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans.
