Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with program activities.
• Perform routine daily checks of any vehicle used for driving and report deficiencies.
• Accurately monitor and maintain data collection sheets and submit to supervisor.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs as necessary.
• Assist with preparation of clients' meals and provide client training as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding needs to revise training objectives as deemed necessary.
• Physically assist in maintaining the facility in a neat and orderly manner.
• Monitor and document individual behaviors using specific terms; report incidents.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Provide positive assurance regarding treatment benefits and safety.
