Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group instruction/assistance to patients daily.

• Accurately monitor and maintain data collection sheets for supervisor review.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs as necessary.
• Assist with preparation of clients' meals and provide client training as needed.
• Promote a therapeutic environment that supports learning and independence.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
