Responsibilities

• Engage with consumers and Home Manager or designated staff to implement activities under the consumer's Person Centered Plan.
• Perform prescribed activities including meal preparation, hygiene, medication passing, recreation, and transport while complying with laws and Listening Ear standards.
• Accurate and timely completion and delivery of documentation related to consumer services or home operations.
• Attend and complete mandatory trainings and skill development programs, including annual refreshers.
• Report punctually to work and remain with consumer until relieved by another DSP or supervisor.
