Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. in Arizona is seeking a Direct Care Specialist to support admission and orientation of program participants. The role includes ongoing monitoring of patients in the facility and assisting with discharges, ensuring safety and compliance in a behavioral health setting.

This pool position offers four shifts per month, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 5-week PTO plan. Ideal candidates will have a BHT or EMT certification and a clear MVR.

Qualifications

• Must be a BHT or have EMT certification.
• Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and present report at time of interview.
• Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and orientation of participants.
• Monitor participants in the facility and during care.
• Assist with discharges and ensure safety and compliance.
