Merakey in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Program Manager to oversee IDD services within the division. You will coordinate program activities, supervise staff, manage services delivery, and ensure compliance with budgets and quality standards.

The role may involve regional on-call duties and working with a multidisciplinary team to support participants. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass motor vehicle and criminal background checks.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years IDD related experience.
• 1-3 year Supervisor/Manager experience.
• Experience with budget management and program operations.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management including leave, workers' compensation, unemployment, performance, hiring, remediation and termination.
• Management of professional services.
• Purchasing of required supplies and reconciliation of receipts.
• On-call responsibilities for region.
• Incident management in partnership with QCO.
• Understand labor rules, seniority and contract interpretation where applicable.
• Intake and distribution of medication.
• Oversight of trainings compliance.
• Ensure program operations adhere to monthly budgets.

Position Overview:

The Program Manager plays a critical role in in the day - to - day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their Division. Reporting to the Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high - quality services to program participants.

• When applicable understanding of labor to include but not limited to; seniority and overtime rules and contract interpretation.

• Oversight of program operations to ensure adherence to monthly budgetary requirements
