Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Manager to join the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Chambersburg, PA. The role focuses on day-to-day management of specific programs, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality services for participants.

The role reports to the Program Director, may manage a caseload, and requires strong personnel and operations oversight, including budgeting and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass motor vehicle report and criminal background checks.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years IDD related experience.
• 1-3 year Supervisor / Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program operations and oversight within the division.
• Supervise program staff and coordinate program activities.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality services to program participants.
• Manage budget adherence and monthly expenditures.
• On-call responsibilities for region and incident management in partnership with QCO.

The Program Manager plays a critical role in in the day - to - day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their Division. Reporting to the Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high - quality services to program participants.

This role may manage a caseload of their own.

Job Functions of theProgram Managerrole:

• Responsible for personnel management to include but not limited to; Leave Management, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, Performance Management, hiring, remediation and, termination.
• Management of Professional services.
• Purchasing of required supplies and reconciliation of receipts.
• On-call responsibilities for region.
• Incident Management in partnership with QCO.
• When applicable understanding of labor to include but not limited to; seniority and overtime rules and contract interpretation.
• Intake and distribution of medication
• Oversight of team compliance of required trainings.
• Oversight of program operations to ensure adherence to monthly budgetary requirements
