Requirements

• Ability to, under AWARE’s Unconditional Care Philosophy, implement individual support plans with knowledge of behavioral techniques, interventions, skill‑building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability.
• Requires computer literacy skills, including ability to navigate, record, and overall basic computer skills needed for performance‑based software and an electronic medical records system.
• Must have interpersonal oral and written communication skills to work as a team member, make observations and report them accurately, learn resident care methods, and follow oral and written instructions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with past employment experience.
• Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid Montana driver’s license.
• Must have an acceptable driving record; and an acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
