Job summary

AbaCares Services LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to join our team. In clients' homes you will provide essential support, safety, and comfort through personal care, companionship, homemaking, and respite services. Schedule includes weekday evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, documenting care, and following individualized care plans. Applicants should have high school diploma; CNA preferred but not required; background

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving or direct care experience preferred.
• CNA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance and care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with homemaking tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to ensure safety.
• Follow care plans and service plans tailored to each client.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate client records.
