Job summary

People Incorporated in Fall River, MA is hiring Direct Care Professionals for part-time evenings and other shifts. You’ll support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping with daily activities and maintaining a structured routine.

No experience is required as on-the-job paid training is provided; high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. A driver’s license and background check are required, and benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Include: individual community outings, meal preparation, ADL assistance, personal care, medical appointments
