Hopewell is seeking compassionate Direct Care Staff to support and engage residents as part-time or full-time professionals. The role includes days, evenings, weekends, and working across multiple crews to assist with daily living and activities.

Requirements include being at least 22, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful background checks. STNA or caregiver experience is preferred.

Formación

• Be at least 22 years old.
• Valid Driver License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass pre-employment background checks and drug test.
• Experience working with adults diagnosed with mental illness.
• STNA or Caregiver experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with morning medication (training provided).
• Assist residents with cleaning and care of their environment, including light housekeeping, laundry, changing linens, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting.
• Assist with residents’ personal care as needed.
• Encourage and engage residents in activities and groups.
• Support residents’ activities of daily living needs and goals.
• Work with residents on different crews: garden, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and farm.
• Transport residents to appointments or other off-property trips as needed.
