Qualifications

• Flexibility and the ability to communicate in a pleasant voice and manner.
• One year experience working with the older adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (baths, continence checks, escort services) according to the service plan.
• Meal preparation and assistance; deliver room trays and assist with meals.
• Conduct room and safety checks; attend to call lights promptly.
• Record nursing notes and vital signs; document changes in care suite and logs.
• Assist with activities and socialization; accompany residents to activities when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness: laundry, light housekeeping, and supply management.
• Greet visitors, respond professionally to calls, and support on-site operations.
