Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MAP and CPR/First Aid certifications offered/required within specified timeframes.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming).
• Transport individuals using wheelchair-accessible vans to appointments and activities.
• Complete ISP plans, Daily logs, and track behavioral data.
• Provide companionship, supervision, and support for independence.
