Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team. We offer flexible schedules, part-time or full-time roles, and mobile-first onboarding, with training through our app and Zoom face-to-face interviews.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time

Responsibilities

• Care for the Participant and their property with dignity, patience, compassion and respect.
• Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation; assist with medications.
• Provide companionship and conversation; stimulate, encourage and assist an individual.
• Assist with meals, personal care and general living needs as described.
