Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver/direct care provider.
• Ability to manage scheduling and time independently.
• Basic proficiency with digital documentation or monitoring tools.
• Three professional references.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain.
• Successful completion of required background checks.
• Experience as a Direct Care Worker with DCW Training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct four monitoring reviews per member/provider annually (2 in-person, 2 virtual).
• Independently schedule and manage appointments as a contractor.
• Document findings using provided reporting tools.

What Your Day Looks Like

As a Direct Care Monitor, you will support service quality and compliance for members receiving home-based care within a defined region in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Conduct four required monitoring reviews per member per provider each year:
  • 2 in-person visits in the member's home
  • 2 virtual visits using a secure video platform
• Independently schedule and manage your appointments as a contractor.
• Document findings accurately using provided reporting tools.
• Communicate with families and providers to support service quality and consistency.
• Travel within your assigned regional area
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and alignment with Wee Care's values.

Compensation

• Per completed review (Each member requires four reviews annually.)
