Job summary

Wee Care Corp in Arizona is seeking a Contractor Direct Care Monitor to support home-based services. You will complete four monitoring reviews per member/provider annually, including two in-person visits and two virtual visits.

As an independent contractor, you will schedule visits, document findings, communicate with families and providers, and travel within your region. This role offers flexible supplemental income and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver / direct care provider.
• Ability to independently manage scheduling and time.
• Basic proficiency with digital documentation or monitoring tools.
• Three professional references.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
• Successful completion of required background checks.
• Experience as a Direct Care Worker that has completed DCW Training.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.

What Your Day Looks Like

As a Direct Care Monitor, you will support service quality and compliance for members receiving home-based care within a defined region in Arizona.
