Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide training to residents in daily living skills such as hygiene, housekeeping, meal planning and budgeting.
• Assist residents toward independence per the Independent Habilitation Plan.
• Plan and supervise recreational and social activities; monitor schedules and appointments.
• Document daily progress, shift reports, MAR sheets, and incident reports timely.
• Respond to medical/behavioral emergencies following health and safety procedures.
• Transport residents to appointments and verify building safety.
