Job Title: Direct Care Companion

Join Lifesteps, Inc. as a Direct Care Companion in the Dorseyville, PA area.

About Lifesteps: A local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living skills and home care, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care, medication administration, and helping clients achieve their goals.

Shift Details:

• Full-time shifts: Day (7 am - 3 pm), Evening (3 pm - 11 pm), Overnight (11 pm - 7 am)
• Part-time hours with flexible scheduling options available.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.
