Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking dedicated BCBAs for flexible, hybrid roles in Norfolk. The position offers $90-$100 per hour, with telehealth or in-person options and a supportive team to help you focus on delivering high-quality care.

You will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train staff, analyze data, and prepare progress reports for families, while maintaining strong collaboration with the admin team to minimize paperwork.

Qualifications
