EzCare ABA is expanding in Virginia and seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing, family-owned company. The role offers a competitive salary with growth opportunities and a strong, supportive team that values clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Virginia Licensure or ability to obtain licensure is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Passion for helping children and families succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams.
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards.
• Help children achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
