Job summary

Lifesteps, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Direct Care Aide Substitute to support residents in the Beaver Falls, Monaca and Gibsonia areas. This role focuses on compassionate care and helping individuals live as independently as possible. Experience in human services is helpful.

The Residential Aide provides quality care with dignity and respect, works a varied schedule, and requires the ability to lift 200 lbs with assistance and to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older.
• Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities
