Job summary

Lifesteps is seeking Direct Care Aides in Beaver, PA to provide compassionate caregiving in home and community settings. The role supports individuals to live as independently as possible and requires caring, responsibility, and strong safety awareness.

Full-time positions offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to work daytime, evening, or overnight shifts at our Beaver Falls, Monaca, and Gibsonia areas in Western Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older
• Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances

Responsibilities

• The Caregiver position (Residential Aide or Companion) provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity.
• Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.
• The full‑time positions work 40 hours per week. Shifts could be Daylight, Evening, or Overnight.
