Job summary

Lifesteps is seeking Full-Time Direct Care Aides to support residents in the Beaver Falls, Monaca and Gibsonia areas of Western Pennsylvania. The Caregiver position provides high-quality care with dignity, helping individuals learn to live as independently as possible at home and in the community.

Position Summary:

The Caregiver position (Residential Aide or Companion) provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.

The full-time positions work 40 hours per week. Shifts could be Daylight, Evening, or Overnight.

Position Requirements:
