Lifesteps, Inc. is seeking a part-time Direct Care Aide Substitute to support individuals in the Beaver Falls, Monaca and Gibsonia areas. This role provides compassionate, one-to-one care and helps residents learn to live as independently as possible in their home and community.

The position offers flexible hours across various days and requires a commitment to respectful, person-centered support. You will work with a dedicated team to promote safety, dignity, and well-being in Western PA.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older.
• Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• The Residential Aide provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity.
• Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.
