Job summary

Country Lane ICF in Oklahoma is seeking a Developmentally Disabled Direct Care Aide. No experience or certification is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be licensed Care Aide in accordance with state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents in an ICF/IID home.
• Implement active treatment programs and document progress.
• Read and follow each resident's Individual Habilitation Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.
• Implement steps of the active treatment program and document in the Residents Goal book.
• Model and reinforce resident’s appropriate behavior intervention techniques.
