Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for Level I.
• Level II requires high school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant experience.
• Paraprofessional training/certification for levels II and above.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine duties in care, custody, education, and treatment of residents.
• Responds to emergencies including CPR and intervention techniques.
• Provides paraprofessional guidance and counseling to residents.
• Reviews resident progress with treatment team and documents activities.
• Assists with transportation and daily living activities as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
