Road to Responsibility is seeking dedicated Residential Support Staff in Norwell, MA to assist with daily living activities and community-based support. The role involves hands-on personal care, medication administration, and coordinating with families and care teams.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and are willing to undergo mandated trainings including CORI background checks to ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release information from regulatory agencies.
• Complete and maintain all mandated trainings, including medication administration.
• Good communication and ability to read and interpret instructions.
• Must have Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Assist with medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Provide transportation as required.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with team members, families, and care providers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Successful completion and maintenance of all state and agency mandated trainings, including medication administration.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
