McNaughton-McKay Group in Madison Heights, MI is seeking a Direct Buyer to coordinate direct order processing and support purchasing activities within the Procurement & Materials Management Team.

The role requires 2+ years in purchasing or logistics, strong customer service, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and company reporting systems. Office environment, full-time position.

Formación

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in purchasing, logistics, materials or distribution with strong customer service.
• Analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills; proficient with MS Office and reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process Direct Purchase orders for an assigned region and other regions as needed.
• Perform PO acknowledgement for direct and into stock orders.
• Maintain OAN, Open Direct Orders Past 90 Days report, Open PORM Past 90 Days Report.
• Coordinate invoice exception reconciliation.
• Assist in emergency expediting.
• Handle processing and system correction of vendor errors.
• Coordinate Supply Chain Management activities.
• Support safety initiatives and trainings.
