Description

SUMMARY

Do you strive for accuracy and have high attention to detail? R&R Insurance Services, Inc. is searching for an exceptionally talented, bright, and driven individual to join our Accounting Team. The Direct Bill Specialist will support the Accounting Department through posting direct bill commissions received from carriers. This highly administrative role is responsible for keeping accurate record of all statements. The Direct Bill Specialist protects the agency’s interests and profits by ensuring that all commission statements are accurate, filed appropriately, and posted in a timely manner; inquiring for additional information and verifying unusual data when necessary.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years experience in a data entry or clerical role. Experience in the accounting field or Insurance agency/brokerage experience is a plus
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate with a high sense of urgency
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Collaborative, communicative, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivated and proactive
