This Director role is part of our broader institutional sales effort and will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining existing business and serving as the primary liaison for institutional clients and prospects. The candidate will manage a sales territory of institutional entities focusing on providing investment solutions across pension, retirement, and not‑for‑profit asset pools. The territory coverage is central U.S. (IA, NE, IL, ND, SD, KY, OH, MI, WI, KS, MO, MN) and mostly consists of mid‑large plans/asset pools between $3–$10billion. The role collaborates with the territory’s Managing Director and other institutional colleagues to bring appropriate products and services to our client audience.
Salary range: $125,000–$150,000 per year. Total compensation includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
