This Director role is part of our broader institutional sales effort and will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining existing business and serving as the primary liaison for institutional clients and prospects. This individual will manage a sales territory of institutional entities focusing on providing investment solutions across pension, retirement, and not-for-profit asset pools. This individual will need to work collaboratively with the territory’s Managing Director and other institutional colleagues to bring the most appropriate products and services to our client audience. Territory coverage for this role is central US (IA, NE, IL, ND, SD, KY, OH, MI, WI, KS, MO, MN) and mostly consists of mid‑large plans / asset pools between $3 – 10 billion.
The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 per year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
