Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a DIR Floortime Player (DFA) in Monroe Township, NJ for part-time evenings and weekend support. You will engage children through DIR Floortime play-based interactions, building connections with families while working closely with our clinical team to guide developmental milestones.

Ideal candidates hold a DIR Floortime Basic Certification or are willing to obtain it, with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• DIR Floortime Basic Certification or willingness to undergo training as a condition of employment.
• Experience with children, especially those with developmental delays or autism.
• Strong understanding of child development and the DIR Floortime model.

Responsibilities

• Engage in play-based interactions to support emotional and developmental growth.
• Build strong connections with children and families while guiding them through DIR Floortime activities.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure qualified, supportive care.
