WonDIRful Play in Pennsville, NJ is seeking a part-time DIR Floortime Player (DFA) to engage children through play-based interactions that support emotional and developmental growth. You will build strong connections with children and families, receive mentorship from our clinical team, and help each child reach milestones using the DIR Floortime approach.

The role offers flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening cases and opportunities for professional growth; a DIR training path

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• DIR Floortime Basic Certification or willingness to undergo training.
• Experience working with children, especially with developmental delays or autism.
• Understanding of child development and the DIR Floortime model.
• Excellent communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Engage children with play-based interactions to support development.
