WonDIRful Play in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a DIR Floortime Player (DFA) to support children through engaging, play-based interactions that promote emotional and developmental growth. The role emphasizes building trust with families and collaborating with our clinical team to guide each child toward meaningful milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• DIR Floortime Basic Certification required or willingness to undergo training.
• Experience working with children, including those with developmental delays, autism, or sensory processing challenges.
• Strong understanding of child development and the DIR Floortime model.
• Excellent communication skills for working with families and collaborating with other team members.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (due to the physical nature of the role).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community and in-home services.
• Clean background check required for working with children and families.
