This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Help build and scale a CRO capability, a key opportunity area for the business
  • Lead structured experimentation efforts (A/B testing, personalization, UX improvements)
  • Optimize the end-to-end conversion funnel from landing through checkout

Site Experience & Merchandising
  • Oversee on-site merchandising, product presentation, and content strategy across DTC sites
  • Support optimization of the Sit on It Seating site and partner experiences as needed
  • Partner with Creative and CX teams to ensure content drives engagement and conversion

  • Partner on the eCommerce tech stack and site operations, with primarily in‑house execution
  • Leverage automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and performance
  • Ensure strong data integrity and visibility into site and business performance
