Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 11+ years of network engineering or infrastructure experience (13+ years preferred).
• Strong expertise in switching, routing, and enterprise networking technologies.
• Experience with Cisco, Arista, or similar networking platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience leading engineering teams and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong project management and portfolio management experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
