Job Summary

As a Catering Director, you will oversee catering and events. You will manage staff, build client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality catering services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events.
2. Develop and maintain the catering marketing plan, including comprehensive event planning and menu development.
3. Hire, train, and schedule catering staff; develop existing staff in service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures.
4. Ensure successful catering operations, including labor and food cost control, transportation, setup, operation, and cleanup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry, including 2 years in management (preferably catering management).
• Experience in menu booking, costing, pricing contracts, and resourcing staff and equipment.
• Ability to supervise food preparation, service, and cleanup.
