Job Summary

As a Catering Director, you will be responsible for Catering and Events. You will manage a team of staff, build client relations, and ensure the catering offered to our guests is of outstanding quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events
2. Develop and maintain the catering marketing plan, including event planning, client service, and menu development
3. Hire, train, and schedule catering staff; develop existing staff in service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures
4. Ensure successful operations of catering functions, including labor and food cost control, transportation, setup, and cleanup

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
2. Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience, including 2 years in management (preferably Catering Management)
3. Experience with menu costing, pricing contracts, and resourcing
4. Supervision of food prep, service, and cleanup
