Job summary

Bonnavilla in Indiana is seeking a production associate to perform electrocoat painting on metal building components. You will follow safety protocols, keep work areas clean, inspect parts for dust and residue, and operate material handling equipment as needed.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 70 pounds, work independently or with minimal supervision, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to comfortably and safely lift up to 70 pounds.
• Demonstrates ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carries out responsibilities with safety and efficiency as a priority. Prioritizes the well-being of colleagues and actively contributes to the safety program by collaborating, sharing ideas, and voicing concerns.
• Inspects product for dust, oil, rust and other residue prior to painting.
• Maintain compliance to all quality control procedures and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance of assigned machines.
