Electro Industries in Monticello, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Production Painter to operate and setup the paint area to accomplish scheduled assignments by safely painting high-quality products that are error free as efficiently as possible. Hours are 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

The role requires experience in manufacturing, strong organization, and dependable performance in a fast-paced plant setting, with focus on safety and accuracy throughout the painting process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Paint a significant volume of work efficiently meeting Work Order standards.
• Paints surfaces with spray or powder gun.
• Regulates temperature and timing of bake oven.
• Removes articles from drying racks when dry and stacks them on pallets if required.
• Monitor other painters so workmanship and quality levels are maintained.
• Monitor and communicate consumable material needs.
