Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a parish or diocesan setting preferred.
• Understanding and knowledge of liturgy required for coordination of Diocesan liturgical events and curia-wide liturgies.
• Working knowledge of liturgical ministry.
• Proficiency in editing and compiling communications via variety of media platforms.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Excellent relational and oral communication skills.
• Professional writing skills with high grammar and clarity.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Ability to draft correspondence and execute professional writing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and support of all liturgies with the Bishop or his delegate.
• Support formation opportunities provided by the Office of Divine Worship staff.
• Support the mission, vision, and core values of the Diocese of Green Bay.
• Assist in communications via various media platforms as needed.
