Job summary

FEDERATION OF DIOCESAN LITURGICAL COMMISSIONS (FDLC) seeks an Associate Director of the Office of Worship for the Diocese of Dallas. The role leads planning, implementation, and archiving of diocesan liturgical celebrations and oversees the liturgies at Christ the Servant Chapel and the Broadcast-Televised Mass.

Collaboration with other directors, translators, and diocesan offices is essential; evening/weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in theology, ministry, or a related field.
• Experience in parish liturgical or pastoral ministry (3-5 years) is essential.
• Strong communication skills, especially in ministry/outreach to parishes and pastors.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Worship and other Associate Directors in planning and implementing diocesan Episcopal and major parish celebrations.
• Works with the staff of the National Shrine Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe on liturgies.
• Supports liturgical planning for the Diocesan Broadcast-Televised Mass and related communications.
• Maintains liturgical resources, scheduling, and relationships with parish leaders.
