Job summary

Ella's on 2nd at Hyatt Centric Nashville is hiring dinner servers for full- and part-time openings. The advertised pay ranges from $30.00 to $65.00 per hour.

Qualified candidates have minimum 3 years serving in high-volume restaurants, working wine knowledge, and current TABC certification. You must handle cash, deliver exceptional service, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs, with a flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must have working Wine Knowledge
• Prior related experience requiring excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery and problem-solving skills.
• Understands how to responsibly serve alcohol to restaurant guests; current TABC certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing the needs of guests.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers throughout the restaurant.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a love of the food & beverage industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting. Must be able to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
