Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Senior Chef De Cuisine to lead a dinner-focused kitchen, taking ownership of operations while collaborating with a visionary culinary leadership. You will guide the BOH team through service, calibrate menu execution, and drive cost controls in a high-volume setting.

We seek a highly organized leader with a track record of mentorship, menu collaboration, and sustaining consistency and quality across all dishes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a high-standard, dinner-focused kitchen.
• Lead and manage a full BOH team through service.
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on food cost, inventory, and waste control.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and decisive during high-pressure service.
